Building DNAchrisp from scratch as a solo developer has been an incredible journey! Today, I’m excited to share a quick update on how the project has evolved during the hackathon:
Core Pipeline Setup: Successfully integrated the NVIDIA Nemotron-4 340B model via Nebius AI Cloud to handle high-performance genomic sequence parsing.
Automated Safety Checking: Implemented multi-variable constraint evaluation logic to automatically generate robust biological safety and compliance reports.
Open Source Release: Cleaned up the codebase, added comprehensive setup instructions, and published the repository with an approved OSI license.
