Keepsake - "Made for memories worth keeping."

Keepsake was inspired by the small notes some parents would leave in their kids’ lunch boxes growing up. Throughout our lives, a simple “Good luck today!” or “I love you.” would mean so much more than we realize. These small moments often stay with us long after the day is over, and so we wanted to make a way to keep them.

Keepsake is an AR app that lets users attach digital postcards to real-world objects or places. Users scan objects or place postcards in locations using AR, write a short message on a postcard, and save the memory as a personal keepsake.

We designed a mobile prototype that demonstrates our three MVP features: discovering postcards attached to an object, creating postcards by scanning objects, and placing postcards in locations using AR.

We ran to potentially every problem along the way, one day one of our teammates fell ill, unforeseeable creative block, hardware issues, all nighters- all of it. But in the end, we came out strong and really proud of how much we endured throughout these four days.
