What it is
A full-stack scheduling platform I built for a physician's clinic in the Bay Area (San Mateo, CA). It cut double-bookings by 90% by automating rescheduling, reminders, and calendar syncs across staff and patients.
How it works
Django REST APIs on the backend for scalability, AJAX for real-time responsiveness, and Google Authentication for secure, role-based multi-user access. I still maintain and evolve it through monthly Scrum sprints, adding features from real user feedback.
Why it mattered
It runs a real clinic's day to day. Building something people actually depend on, and keeping it alive, taught me more than any tutorial.
