Project Update (5/30/23)
Since the initial inspiration and development of the Click Per Second Trainer application, significant progress has been made in addressing the issue of highly skilled and dominating players, such as Akelan Krishnasamy, in Minecraft Bedwars. The application has evolved to provide users with the means to measure and improve their CPS (Clicks Per Second) score, ultimately aiming to create a more equal playing field in the game.
Built using the Electron.js software framework, the application incorporates CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface. CSS and HTML were utilized to design the application's visual elements, while JavaScript was employed to implement a timer and CPS measurement system.
Throughout the development process, several challenges were encountered due to the project owner's limited experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. However, through perseverance and experimentation, these challenges were overcome, allowing for the creation of a functional and impactful application.
The accomplishments achieved in this project are a source of pride for the project owner, considering their background in back-end languages. The Click Per Second Trainer application represents a successful foray into front-end development and serves as a step towards addressing the issue of highly skilled players disrupting the gaming experience.
The project has provided valuable learning opportunities, enabling the project owner to gain proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Additionally, working with the Electron.js software framework has expanded their skill set and highlighted its effectiveness in developing desktop applications.
Looking ahead, the next step for the Click Per Second Trainer application could involve implementing a training section. This feature would allow users to engage in specific exercises to enhance their CPS score, potentially incorporating elements like clicking to a beat or achieving certain CPS targets. Feedback on users' progress and high scores reached would further motivate and track their improvement.
With the goal of leveling the playing field and curbing the dominance of highly skilled players, the Click Per Second Trainer continues to make strides in combating the inequality and frustration experienced in games like Minecraft Bedwars. By empowering users to improve their CPS score, the application aims to foster a more enjoyable and fair gaming environment.
Overall, the Click Per Second Trainer project remains committed to its mission of stopping players like Akelan Krishnasamy and promoting a balanced and inclusive gaming experience for all Minecraft Bedwars enthusiasts.
