Inspiration: Focused on bridging the gap between citizens and administration. What it does: Highlighted the Citizen Reporting tool (with auto-location) and the Admin Dashboard (with AI & Heatmaps). How we built it: Mentioned Next.js, Tailwind, Leaflet Maps, and the Gemini API integration. Challenges: Discussed Geolocation accuracy and Map state management. Accomplishments: Emphasized the "Auto-Routing" logic and the clean, premium UI. What's next: Future features like Department Integration, Gamification, and Multilingual Voice Support.
