From clinical note to patient communication
A physician gave us a simple piece of feedback: generating the clinical note was useful, but the workflow shouldn't end there.
So we shipped a new Alicia feature.
After generating the consultation, Alicia can now prepare patient-facing instructions — including the care plan, prescription, recommendations, and relevant warning signs — and open them in WhatsApp for the physician to review, edit, and send.
The full clinical history and Alicia's internal clinical analysis are not included in the patient message.

This is a small feature, but an important step in our larger vision: moving from an AI clinical assistant toward connected, intelligent infrastructure for primary care.
