CampusAssist AI — MVP Update
I have built and published the MVP of CampusAssist AI, an MCP-enabled campus support prototype.
Current Features:
- Search FAQs from a sample campus knowledge base
- Create IT support tickets
- Track ticket status using a unique ticket ID
- View dashboard statistics and recent ticket activity
Technology Stack: Node.js, Express.js, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) SDK.
Future Improvements: I plan to add persistent database storage, authentication, and further integrations to make the prototype more reliable and scalable.
