Inspiration

Most tools tell you things. Cael helps you do them.

Getting a simple thing done in daily life still takes too many steps — figure out what the thing is, who near you sells it, what it costs, and where to actually buy it — scattered across search, maps, and chat. And most tools weren't built for the way people in Vietnam actually live and shop.

Cael is different. Tell Cael what you're trying to get done, and it works with the real world of Vietnam — what things are, who near you sells them, and what they cost — to put a cart together and point you to where you can buy it.

Honest boundary: today Cael builds your cart and shows you where to buy. It doesn't take your payment or place the order for you — it gets you to the door.

It's built like a small operating system

Under the hood, Cael isn't one feature. It's a small operating system: one agentic brain, and a set of helpers it can pick up and put down like tools. Building a cart, comparing prices, finding a seller — these are what Cael can do today, not what Cael is. That's why it isn't stuck at one thing — it grows as people need more.

The hard part: a verified local world

An AI that only talks is easy. An AI that actually does has to know the real world it's acting in. So the heart of Cael is a fact-verified map of everyday Vietnam, built in three layers that only work together:

  • What a thing is — a real catalogue of everyday objects, from a pencil to a packet of instant noodles.
  • Who sells it, and where — the real sellers near you, and how to reach them.
  • What it costs — the prices those sellers are actually charging.

Each layer is kept up on its own, but none alone is enough — it's the three together that turn "I need this" into a real, buyable cart. That verified world is the part a generic chatbot simply doesn't have.

What we believe

The model is the easy part — it's rented, and it keeps getting better on its own. The lasting value is the verified local world and knowing what to do with it. Every time the model improves, that real-world Vietnamese data is worth more, not less.

What's next

More helpers on the same brain, deeper coverage of Vietnam's real world, and — closest to home — making everyday "I just need to get this done" feel effortless for Vietnamese people.
