Most calendar apps show you when you're busy. Cadence tells you when to do what. It reads your Google Calendar and your Google Fit sleep data, classifies every event as hard, medium, or easy, and then rearranges your day in place — hard tasks in the morning if you slept well, deferred to tomorrow if you didn't. Instead of suggesting moves, the Gemini agent performs them itself, so you ask "optimize my week based on my sleep" once, and your calendar shifts on screen. It never writes back to Google, so your real calendar stays clean.
