Inspiration

The inspiration for the our mobile app came from the most annoying part of our lives. Trying to meet up with each other for lunch. The amount of time I have lost (and almost fingers in these chilly winter months) is immeasurable waiting to meet up with friends to go to a dining court to only find out, they've already been there. This app helps to cut down on that loss and also encourage more social interaction and collaboration from Purdue youth.

What it does

This is a very simple app with a singular purpose: notify you when your friends are in a dining court. You are able to create an account and add friends using your usernames, and then you'll start getting notifications of all the potential lunchtime conversations and dinnertime thoughts you could be missing out on!

How we built it

We built this app through flutter. We are all new to mobile development and after some brief research decided to pursue this relatively straightforward app development and deployment tool.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud of what we accomplished in the base workings of a mobile app, and a fully functioning server to process requests and store user data.
