While looking again at the code and at the presentation we gave, I have noticed we have to make a small clarification. When we said "[...] the temperature you feel (heat index) can be 20F lower", that has really to be interpreted as "up to 20F" - i.e. the worst case scenario for the heat index, who is not a linear function of heat/temperature (due to a small bug in reasoning, we looked at maximum values instead of means). In the average humidity/temperature for August, that value is closer to 15F.
