Inspiration
BigFoot was created by a group of six coders at the HackBCA Hackathon in 2015. Focused on a topic we all feel strongly about, BigFoot was about making a difference, both on a local and global scale.
How it works
Utilizing a complex algorithm and various inputs from the user, BigFoot creates a percentage. Although compressed to two digits, BigFoot’s number carries immense weight, foreshadowing the future of our dying planet.
Challenges I ran into
Javascript is a new language to us and it was very difficult to figure out at the start.
