Chess.com and lichess.org , though good, are old school. as chess has boomed during the quarantine, it needs something... something better

What it does

Welcome to BetaZero. (Beta > Alpha (just saying)). The all new chess platform , where you don't only play chess. but do so while improving and having loads of fun . Exciting chess variants ( with power ups) . Competitions and tournaments for the best players. Top quality engine analysis that tells you what you did wrong and why. It's the one place for everything Chess.

How we built it.

BetaZero is a platform built by chess fans, not people wanting to get profits. It is built by a team of developers, who aren't GMs , but are huge chess fans. ( also, they do a lot of coding)

Challenges we ran into

Lichess.org and chess.com are so popular and almost perfect at the jobs that they intend to do. It was hard figuring out what extra KICK chess needs.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Actually made a Chess engine called Beta-zero engine. almost 2300 rated on lichess,org

What we learned

We learnt how to market and create brand concepts. as developers , all we do is code code and code. But marketing the actual product is just as important
