Backup Sentinel has officially been submitted to OpenAI Build Week.
Backup Sentinel was created to solve a real-world problem: backup jobs can appear successful while critical SQL backup files are actually missing.
Instead of creating backups, Backup Sentinel validates them by inspecting ZIP archives, detecting SQL Server backup files, analyzing logs, and helping administrators identify problems before disaster strikes.
This MVP was built using C#, .NET 8, WPF, MVVM, SQLite, and AI-assisted development.
