AVA is now live, tenant-isolated, and grounded in real enterprise data Major AVA milestone: the Enterprise Intelligence Agent is now running live inside Slack against a connected Salesforce environment.

Today we completed and validated the full production flow:

• Multi-workspace Slack OAuth installation • Secure, single-use OAuth state validation • Server-side Slack workspace-to-tenant resolution • Tenant-isolated enterprise intelligence execution • Live Salesforce schema and relationship intelligence • Grounded Slack-native responses using real business aggregates • Relationship attention signals based on live account and contact coverage

AVA can now answer questions such as:

“How are our contacts segmented?”

“Give me a summary of our contact record types.”

“Which contact types have the biggest coverage gaps?”

“What should I watch across our relationships?”

The last question is where the vision becomes real.

AVA identified live relationship attention signals including accounts with no contacts, single-threaded relationships, inactive accounts, orphaned contacts, and executive-level contact coverage.

These are not fabricated AI interpretations or sample dashboard metrics.

The responses are grounded in authorized enterprise data and delivered directly inside Slack.

We also hardened AVA's response model to remove speculative AI interpretations. AVA now separates source-backed facts from inference and only presents intelligence supported by the connected system.

This milestone proves the core product thesis:

Slack can become the interface for enterprise intelligence.
