Inspiration

I’ve seen so many injured street animals on the roads with no one to help. I wanted to create something that makes it super easy for anyone to report and save them — that’s how ANIMAL SAVER started.

What it does

ANIMAL SAVER lets people report injured or lost street animals in just a few clicks. You can upload a photo, share the location, and the info goes straight to nearby rescue teams or shelters. It’s all about getting help to animals faster.

How I built it

I built it using html,css,js and php, with openstreetmaps api for location. It’s simple, fast, and works great on both mobile and desktop.

Challenges

Getting the location tracking right and making the site easy to use on phones took some time, but it was worth it!

What’s next

I’m planning to build a mobile app, add AI photo detection for quick verification, and partner with animal shelters to make rescues even faster.
