Update: the live demo is now built for many testers at once
Since judges and other hackers all share one live demo, we made it harder for one person's testing to break it for the next:
• Reset demo button on the home page and the admin page. It puts budgets, rules and the ledger back to their starting state, and PayPal stays connected. If another tester used up the Design team's budget, just click it.
• PayPal can't be disconnected by visitors. On the hosted demo the PayPal Vault connection comes from the server, so the admin page shows "Kept connected for this demo" instead of a Disconnect button, and the API refuses it.
• Refusals are now visible. The agent always runs the policy check before saying yes or no, so a blocked request (like a gift card) shows a red "Not allowed" card. It's also recorded in the spend ledger under Refused, so finance sees what the rules stopped, not just what was paid.
• Cleaner product cards. Store images that can't be loaded now fall back to a placeholder instead of a broken-image icon.
• New tests for refusal logging and demo reset (9 tests in total).
