AI Family Quiz TV — Turning Screen Time into Family Time!
I'm excited to be a team member of AI Family Quiz TV, a family-friendly trivia application designed for the Amazon Fire TV experience.
Our Vision To make television time more interactive, educational, and enjoyable by bringing families and friends together through engaging quiz challenges and friendly competition.
Key Highlights
- Interactive trivia covering sports, movies, general knowledge, and more.
- Leaderboards that encourage friendly competition.
- A TV-friendly interface designed for smooth navigation using a remote control.
- A family-oriented experience that combines entertainment with learning.
Technical Learning Working on this project has given us an opportunity to explore Android development using Kotlin and XML layouts, TV-focused UI/UX design, and remote-based navigation. It has also helped us understand how thoughtful interface design can make an application more accessible and enjoyable.
Real-World Impact Our goal is to turn passive screen time into an opportunity for families to learn together, challenge one another, and create meaningful shared experiences.
We're proud to present our work for the Amazon Developer Hackathon 2026. This journey represents innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and our commitment to building technology around real user needs.
For us, this is more than a quiz app — it's an opportunity to bring learning and family entertainment together through technology.
