Developed NeuroXAI, an explainable AI framework for Alzheimer's detection from MRI scans featuring a custom CNN architecture with 3 convolutional blocks for 4-stage dementia classification (Non-Demented to Moderate Dementia), integrated SHAP-based explainability for visual saliency maps, and built a clinical dashboard for side-by-side comparison.
