Inspiration

After carefully crafting ideas we were able to come up with an amazing idea, we can all empathise that everyone struggles to find time, especially business and mostly restaurants. We started to think how might we make their life easier, what problems they currently have. After careful considerations, ideas and research we were able to identify key problems such business face; lack of time management, desire to do things their own way, have that flexibility and freedom to choose what they like, and how they like it.

What it does

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that has review section, automation, task management, a place for restaurant owners to put new leads for new customers. The review section is a place where a user can manage their reviews all in one place using filtering options; rating, status and date. In the task management section a user can create a task, view top tasks, see the tasks in the backlock(all the tasks in the list), they can search tasks. In create task section a user can specify the task name, the task priority, status, number of the hours, who the task is assigned to and if the task is active or not and write a description and format it. A user can view top week's task by priority. In the search you can search a task by the text, advanced search can be searched and filtered by assigned to: team member and active status: active, inactive. Min and max hours. Leads and customers are two sections that allow you to track your customers all in one place. You can search leads, customise the table offering the maximum flexibility for the user to tailor it to their desired workplace. Automation is the most essential feature of our CRM system. A user can create manually create their desired flow to make their management flow faster and easier.

How we built it

After careful consideration we decided to use Figma for UX/UI design to generate ideas, do a competitor analysis and identify user pain points and needs. We then used bolt for UI design and implementing automation. We used google API key to retrieve the reviews from google.

Challenges we ran into

Managing team and time was the biggest challenge, although because we were dedicated we were able to put the time and all the effort into this hackathon and most importantly enjoy the process and the enjoyment of teamwork.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud we have learned to use bolt.new platform and understand it's amazing capabilities, it has truly been a great tool that helped us to speed up the usual design and delivery process.
