PharmaGuard is a full-stack pharmacogenomic risk prediction platform that analyzes genetic VCF files to identify drug–gene interactions. Built with React, Node.js, and Express, it uses CPIC-based rules and AI-generated explanations to classify medications as safe, toxic, ineffective, or requiring dosage adjustment for personalized medicine insights
