A few years ago, I made a hiring decision that almost sank an entire project.
The candidate had a glowing resume, aced the interview, and came with solid references — on paper, they were perfect. But within weeks, their toxic behavior, lack of accountability, and poor collaboration created chaos. By the time we let them go, we had lost a key client, team morale was shattered, and months of work went down the drain.
I kept wondering — why didn’t anyone warn us? Surely, this wasn’t their first time behaving this way.
That experience sparked a simple but powerful idea:
If candidates can look up reviews about companies on Glassdoor, why can’t companies do the same for candidates?
And that’s how Zyver was born.
Zyver is not about blame or negativity — it’s about accountability, transparency, and smarter hiring. It helps employers share honest, structured feedback about former employees, so others can make more informed decisions. It's also a platform for recognizing great talent and helping people grow through real feedback.
As a founder, my goal with Zyver is to prevent others from learning the hard way. Because behind every bad hire is a lesson — Zyver just makes it one you don’t have to learn yourself.
