Inspiration As a solo founder building three businesses from Spain, I kept hitting the same wall: every tool I needed — CRM, invoicing, planning, marketing — lived in a different app, with a different login, a different price. I realized this wasn't just my problem. Entrepreneurs and small businesses everywhere lose hours and money stitching together fragmented software. I wanted to build the platform I wished existed. What it does Zynthoro is an AI-powered business platform that brings everything an entrepreneur needs into one place: CRM, finance, project management, HR, marketing, and AI assistants — all integrated, all in one subscription. Instead of juggling 8-15 disconnected tools, users get a single AI-native operating system that scales from solo freelancers to full enterprises. How we built it Zynthoro is built using the Emergent platform, with Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, and storage, and the Gemini API powering core AI features like content generation, layout suggestions, and workflow automation. The Claude API supports the platform's AI assistant layer. Development moved from concept to a functional prototype — homepage, authentication, dashboard, and AI assistant integration — during the hackathon period. Challenges we ran into Building a multi-domain platform solo, without a technical co-founder, meant learning fast across frontend, backend, AI integration, and infrastructure simultaneously. Balancing ambition (12 integrated business domains) with shipping speed for the hackathon deadline was a constant trade-off. Accomplishments that we're proud of Going from an idea to a live, functional prototype in weeks. Being selected for Anthropic's Claude for Startups program. Building three AI-native products (Zynthoro, GojiDiva, My Rootzz) simultaneously as a solo founder. What we learned How to integrate multiple LLMs into real production workflows, how to validate and iterate fast, and how to build with confidence even without a technical background. What's next for Zynthoro Presale opens June 22, 2026. Public launch follows June 30, 2026, with the first 100 B2B clients onboarding in the following months — followed by white-label partnerships and international expansion.
