Zuri Genesys Analytics

Inspiration

Emails are the primary communication method from small, medium-sized to large organizations, which means there is a lot of data exchange in between. We set out to build a web app that incorporates generative AI on composing or replying an email.

What it does

Zuri Genesys Analytics combined the power of AI and emails together, rendering AI response directly on the Message field for further editions and customization. (I) Using AI for summary. (II) Analyzing Email for correct analytics, i.e for Key phrases, PII, sentiment, intelligence analysis. (III) We also have utilized a text-to-speech feature where you can use AI to summarize long emails and the convert the to i.e mp3 podcasts. (IV) Use the power of generative AI to compose a new email or a email reply.

How we built it

On front-end we used angular, using python FastAPI on backend. For email analysis we used ExpertAI For Generative AI and Summaries we used [Google Palm API[(https://developers.generativeai.google/) Google Text To Speech for text to speech translation.

Challenges we ran into

Limited time. Inconsistencies on AI responses. Limited documentation on some tasks i.e message query customization's.

More AI integrations, A lot of tweaks on both user interface and backed part of the app. Package the app as a browser extension. Package the app as a mobile app for both android and IOS using Flutter
