What it does

Zuggo ERP simplifies manufacturing operations by providing a modular suite of customizable applications that streamline complex manufacturing processes, allowing businesses to efficiently manage their shop floors, machine jobs, and all other aspects of their operations, with the ability to scale and adapt to specific manufacturing needs through its customizable modules. 

Zuggo Manufacturing ERP System is a cloud-based software designed specifically for small to medium-sized manufacturing businesses, providing a comprehensive suite of tools to manage all aspects of the production process all within a single platform. 

Key features of Zuggo Manufacturing ERP

Production Planning and Scheduling: Streamlines the production process by creating detailed production schedules, managing work orders, and tracking progress against planned timelines.

Inventory Management: Provides real-time visibility into raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels, enabling efficient stock control and reordering.

Shop floor control: Real-time monitoring of production activities on the shop floor, including machine status, operator performance, and quality checks, facilitating immediate adjustments and issue resolution. 

Bill of Materials (BOM): Allows for the creation and management of detailed BOMs, including component variations and substitutions, ensuring accuracy in production costing.

Quality Control: Facilitates quality checks throughout the production process, enabling identification and resolution of quality issues promptly.

Costing and Analysis: Calculates accurate production costs by tracking labor, materials, and overhead expenses, providing insights for cost optimization.

How I built it

It is build using .NET Framework utilizing .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Blazor, and Entity Framework. It is available as both SaaS, On Promises, and also customizations according to business needs.

What's next for Zuggo ERP

This ERP system can be used as a modular system, or the individual apps can be used for their own purposes.  Zuggo ERP is a modular suite of applications that can be customized to meet specific manufacturing needs.
