Inspiration
We wanted to create a concept that is created with technologies that had caught our interest. Wildlife trafficking is a big problem that requires well thought solutions.
What it does
At the moment our solution collects data from webpages using Cheerio. Next step would be to implement natural language processing and machine learning to get the structured data from unstructured content.
How we built it
We created a search page with Node Red using html, javascript and cheerio
Challenges we ran into
We couldn't build the machine learning models with the current knowledge we have, so we had to postpone it for the future development
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to create a solution and make the first demo
