Inspiration

We were inspired by the thrill of survival games and the adrenaline rush of battling zombies, combined with the innovative possibilities of blockchain technology to create a unique gaming experience.

What it does

Zombie Hunter is a blockchain-based game where players fend off waves of zombies in a post-apocalyptic world. Players can use ETH to buy coins for upgrades, enhancing their weapons and abilities to survive longer and defeat tougher enemies.

How we built it

We developed the game using Unity for the gameplay and integrated the AURORA blockchain to facilitate transactions. Smart contracts were implemented to handle in-game purchases and ensure secure interactions.

Challenges we ran into

We faced challenges with optimizing blockchain transactions to ensure they were fast and affordable. Additionally, balancing game mechanics for fairness while maintaining engaging gameplay was a key hurdle.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully launched a playable prototype that features exciting gameplay, responsive controls, and blockchain integration. Our testing showed a smooth user experience, with players enjoying the zombie-hunting mechanics.
