What it does
Quantifies the increasing diversity and international cooperation trends in space travel.
How we built it
An interdiscplinary approach with graphic designs, statistics, data science, and computer science integrating coding, design software, and machine learning models.
Challenges we ran into
We faced the typical bugs everpresent in coding. One very specific one was implementing some complicated techniques on non-traditional data structures when web scraping. In addtion, we faced some choice paralysis due to not knowing what direction to take our analysis at the beginning of the contest.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We really believe in the theme that we chose and the implications it carries in the future. In addition, we implemented a lot of complex statistical techniques that we've always wanted to try. Finally, the presentation has some very engaging transitions and design elements that are sure to get admiration.
What we learned
We share not only this earth with each other but also the stars and everything else.
What's next for Zero Gravity Zero Boundaries
Applying these techniques to help with issues more pertinent to us here on Earth in hopes that we can use them for the stars later on.
