Inspiration

Students often struggle with scattered study materials, difficulty understanding topics, and not knowing what to study next. This inspired us to build ZERA AI, a student-focused AI learning assistant that aims to make studying more organized and personalized.

The idea is to create one platform where students can get help with understanding topics, solving doubts, generating quizzes, and planning their studies instead of switching between multiple tools.

What We’re Building

ZERA AI is being developed as an AI-powered learning platform focused on personalized student assistance. The initial MVP will focus on a few core features rather than trying to build everything at once.

Our goal is to create a simple and useful experience where a student can provide a topic or learning material and receive AI-powered assistance tailored to their learning needs.

How We’re Building It

We are building ZERA AI as a full-stack web application with a frontend, backend API, database, and AI integration. The hackathon version will use the Evorozen/Neural Pulse APIs where appropriate to power the AI functionality.

The project is being developed incrementally, starting with a functional MVP and then improving the experience based on testing.

What We’re Learning

This project is helping us understand how to integrate AI APIs into a real-world web application, design useful AI-powered workflows, manage data through a backend and database, and turn an idea into a practical student-focused product.

Challenges

One of the biggest challenges is deciding which features provide the most value while keeping the MVP realistic within the hackathon timeframe. Another challenge is making AI responses useful and reliable rather than simply generating generic answers.

We are focusing on building a small but functional experience first, then improving it as we learn more during the hackathon.
