Inspiration

Small businesses often struggle to build a strong digital presence. Zenthweb was created to help them get modern websites, better online visibility, smart automation, and digital tools without unnecessary complexity.

What it does

Zenthweb helps small businesses create and manage their digital presence through modern websites, SEO optimization, Google Analytics, business profile setup, AI-powered chatbot integration, admin dashboards, and customer or member management systems.

It goes beyond building websites by combining design, development, automation, analytics, and AI in one digital solution.

How we built it

We built Zenthweb using React for the frontend, Node.js for backend functionality, and Supabase for databases, authentication, and business data.

We also integrated JARVIS, our AI chatbot concept, to help businesses automate communication and respond to customers more efficiently.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was creating a flexible solution for different industries, including gyms, salons, dental clinics, cafés, and tuition centers.

We also had to make advanced technology simple enough for non-technical business owners while balancing design, performance, scalability, and functionality.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have built a complete digital agency platform, created our first paid client website for Quad Fitness, developed AI chatbot integration, implemented SEO and analytics solutions, and created dashboards and management systems for different business needs.

Most importantly, we turned an idea into a practical solution that can create real value for small businesses.

What we learned

We learned that building a product is not only about writing code. It is about understanding real problems and creating simple solutions that people can actually use.

We also learned that AI is most valuable when it solves practical problems, while simplicity, user feedback, design, consistency, and patience are essential for building a successful product.

What's next for Zenthweb

We plan to turn Zenthweb into a complete technology ecosystem for small businesses by adding industry-specific website systems, smarter JARVIS AI automation, advanced analytics, business dashboards, appointment management, lead management, customer management, membership management, and affordable subscription-based solutions.

Our goal is to transform Zenthweb from a digital agency into a scalable SaaS platform that helps small businesses compete, grow, and succeed online.
