Inspiration

I have recently learned website development, so I made a full-stack ecommerce store called ZenMart with admin features, payments, sales, customizability, and more.

What It Does

ZenMart is a full-stack ecommerce store with an admin dashboard that allows you to:

  • Create, delete, or update products
  • Start campaigns such as sales
  • Calculate revenue
  • Create new categories

How We Built It

ZenMart was built using:

  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • React
  • Shadcn UI
  • And more technologies

Challenges We Ran Into

Implementing the sales feature with conditions for products, such as:

  • Products within a category
  • Products in a price range
  • A specific product

These conditions were challenging, but overall, I enjoyed the process.

Accomplishments We're Proud Of

I'm particularly proud of the stunning dark-themed UI, as I haven’t seen an ecommerce store with such a unique design.

What We Learned

The best lesson was learning how to combine multiple technologies to create a large-scale system.

What's Next for ZenMart

Perhaps it can evolve into a successful ecommerce store in the future.
