Inspiration

Modern professionals spend a surprising amount of time on administrative work rather than meaningful work. Managing emails, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up after discussions often consumes hours every week.

We wanted to build an AI system that acts less like a chatbot and more like a real executive assistant. Our vision was simple: What if everyone had access to an AI Chief of Staff that could understand their work context, manage routine tasks, and help them stay organized automatically?

This idea became Zenith AI, an intelligent assistant that integrates with existing productivity tools and proactively helps users manage their professional lives.

Challenges We Ran Into
