Inspiration I found that wellness apps are too fragmented - there is one app for working out, another for diet, another for posture, and another for mindfulness. I wanted to create one, AI Wellness App to simplify (and make fun) how users improve health on a daily basis.
What it does Zenith serves as my AI Wellness assistant. It produces personalized workouts, 7-day diet plans, mood-based Spotify playlists, posture assessment with a photo, and quick well-being surveys, all in one, sleek, glassy UI.
How I built it Flask backend to connect the features. Groq + OpenAI models to generate workouts, diet, and posture correction. Spotify API to generate mood-curated playlists. Custom CSS 'glassmorphism' UI for a beautiful and futuristic style. Session + JSON auth system for user login, signup and personalization.
Challenges I ran into To get Groq and OpenAI models to run side-by-side in a single app. To get the posture analysis to return valid JSON (lots of prompt engineering). Managing and stimulating a modern, responsive UI using Flask templates. Time management: backend logic, API calls, and other frontend polish.
Accomplishments that I am proud of A polished, streamlined platform with 6 AI features rolled into one app. A working posture coach that not only analyzes user's form but generates an image to show the correct form.
Next steps: Develop the features even more
