Who do you contact when you smell a gas leakage in public? When you see wind about to detach a road sign? When you see vandalism or abuse?
Reporting problems in public and private spaces is difficult to impossible. We usually don’t know who to contact and how. Even when we do, it takes time and effort. So we just do nothing, compromising public safety and quality of life.
Our solution: Zeget
The simple, ubiquitous platform to report any problem, anywhere.
Here is how it works
I’m walking downtown when I suddenly I hear screams that go on for a few seconds. It may be nothing, it may be something, it wouldn’t hurt to report it, the screams bother my ears, done! do I want to add text for context?
I type 'screams', there you go, it took 5 seconds
My 'bother' is sent to an operator room of Leuven city council. Nobody else bothered to report screams today, but there were three sound bothers at the same area yesterday, two of them mentioned screams too, the police might want to check it out.
The only free seat on my train looks and smells disgusting, it smells so bad, it bothers me, I report it in 3 seconds the exact same way, this time the report goes to NMBS, the know in which train and which approximate seat there’s a stinky seat, they may send someone to clean it up before the scheduled cleaning.
Zeget integrates venues too. My kinepolis chair is broken, it bothers me, they see it, they fix it.
Kinepolis earns money from customer satisfaction, acting immediately upon the problem, and avoiding inspection failures
I even got a ‘thank you’ message from them and a free ticket for caring to complain.
I can use Zeget all over the world, as long as the city or venue has bought the license to use our dashboard.
It works seamlessly in public space, public transport, venues and events thanks to its smart integration with user’s location & time and adaptive feedback options.
Our main customer, in the beginning is cities. Introducing Zeget as a public service, to report anything from minor concerns to emergencies.
Later, we approach businesses who desperately want to know the complaints of their customers.
The cost of a monthly subscription is estimated by money saved from: employee hours, customer loss, customer dissatisfaction, brand, probability of accident.
Individuals who organize events can also buy and one off licence.
The licence gives the customer access to the Zeget dashboard as presented in the slides.
Zeget is promoted by: the city, individual venues, events, happy users.
Our future endeavor is using AI to automatically assign clusters of 'bothers' to problems.
