ZaytrixFlow While I'm not a freelancer yet, I’ve talked to many who face a common and frustrating challenge: chasing overdue payments. I discovered that freelancers around the world lose an average of 37 hours each year just trying to collect what they’re owed. That insight inspired me to create ZaytrixFlow, a tool designed to help freelancers focus on their craft instead of wasting time on collections. ZaytrixFlow was built as part of the Bolt.new Hackathon, where speed, simplicity, and innovation are at the core. Bolt’s fast, collaborative development environment played a key role in helping me turn this idea into a real product fast.
How I Built It ZaytrixFlow was built with a modern, scalable tech stack, and Bolt.new served as the development backbone throughout the process:
- Development Platform: Bolt.new streamlined collaboration, quick prototyping, and frictionless deployments
- Frontend: React with TypeScript for type safety and an improved developer experience
- Styling: TailwindCSS for rapid UI development and a cohesive design system
- Backend: Supabase Edge Functions for serverless architecture
- Database: PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security for secure, fine-grained access control
- Payments: Stripe integration for secure global transactions
- Email Delivery: Resend (for automated invoice reminder emails)
- Real-time: Supabase real-time subscriptions for live updates
- Charts: D3.js and Recharts for interactive financial visualizations
- Calendar: FullCalendar for managing payment schedules and timelines
