Inspiration
Though the advancement of technology has given pilgrims a better Hajj experience, there is still lacking with communication solutions. Since these pilgrims come with different backgrounds; there are obviously some difficulties with the dialogue, in their own language, between them and the government organizers, which leads to complicate pilgrim’s experience with Hajj. Our team has analyzed the current systems and come up with a better solution that provided localized user experience to the pilgrim's in their native language and not forcing the pilgrims to rely on a new hardware and software, not only send the message but also receive an prompt action no matter what language was used for communication.
