✨Z-lify: The Tech Behind the Slang Magic 💻✨

Built with: JS, HTML, and CSS. Packing a huge JSON dataset full of Gen Z slangs and their translations.

We split the squad into front end and back end teams:

Front End Crew: Focused on crafting that slick UI for the extension. 🖌️🎨

Back End Squad: Hooked up the JSON dataset to the JS function, making the magic happen. 🔌💡 Together, creating a seamless bridge from bland to bussin’!👻

😈--------Challenges we ran into--------😈

  1. Budget-Friendly & Timely Execution 🕒💸: Crafting a no-cost solution within a tight schedule was a major puzzle. But hey, we cracked it.

  2. Leveling Up in Tech Skills 📚🔧: Diving into the world of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML was like stepping onto a new planet. Not our usual jam, but we caught on quick, turning the challenge into a major glow-up on our tech journey.

  3. Navigating Translation Limits 🚫🌐: Dreamt of translating full webpages, but Chrome's security playbook threw us some curveballs. Had to pivot and focus on translating selected text instead, keeping it tight and right.
