Yummy AI

Over 678,000 people die from unhealthy diets.

The AI uses information input from the user to suggest meals and present nutrition facts about for the user's nutritional goals and constraints.

We built a website that shows how the AI functions and explains steps and features such as scanning, and bulk or cut mode.

We struggled with improving on the current AI that has similar functions and customizing the AI to be more personalized to each individual.

The interface is well built and provides a detailed overview of Yummy AI. We thought of different perspectives and diverse individuals to create a tool that optimally uses the AI.

We learned that AI needs to practice and learn new things like humans do. They need a reference point to make informed and correct decisions to carry out its purpose. AI can be a really useful tool for many aspects of society if used and trained properly.

Yummy AI will advance further with a new feature that allows the AI to scan the user's body and make a meal plan based on their appearance and their goals.
