Yumly

Inspiration

What it does: Yumly is a cuisine app, where users can explore recipes on filtered choices. They can also upload their own recipes, and save it as part of their personal cookbook.

How we built it: We used HTML/CSS/JS for the frontend, and Flask for the backend, and SQLite for the database

Challenges we ran into: We tried to set up a database, it did not work

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Working on Flask for the first time

What we learned: We used Flask for the first time, so we learned a new library

What's next for Yumly: Update the database and finish completed application
