Inspiration

We wanted to make the process of downloading MP3 files from YouTube videos a little bit easier

What it does

Our extension accepts the link of YouTube videos and converts it to an MP3 file

How we built it

First, focused on generating chrome icon with images Second, focused on actually being able to convert to MP3 Third, making it look good and more functional

Challenges we ran into

Interacting with domains that are not owned by us

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We had no idea what we were doing, and we made something that actually works

What we learned

Javascript is pretty difficult if you have no experience with it.
