Inspiration

YouTube gives creators a lot of data, but very little direction. Most small creators can see their views, subscribers, and watch time, but they don’t know what to do next to actually grow.

We were inspired to build a tool that doesn’t just report analytics, but translates them into clear, actionable decisions creators can take immediately.

What it does

YourAi Studio is an AI-powered YouTube growth workspace that turns channel analytics into actionable recommendations.

It helps creators:

Generate video ideas based on channel performance
Optimize existing videos for YouTube SEO
Analyze channels to identify growth blockers
Get AI-driven suggestions on what content to create next

The focus is on decisions and actions, not just numbers.

How we built it

During the hackathon, we focused the platform specifically on YouTube growth and designed AI workflows around real creator problems.

We integrated YouTube channel data with AI models to generate ideas, optimization suggestions, and channel-level insights. The dashboard was built to surface actions rather than raw analytics, making it easier for creators to understand what matters.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was avoiding generic AI output. Early versions produced advice that was too broad to be useful.

We refined prompts and logic to make recommendations more relevant to the channel’s actual performance. Another challenge was narrowing the scope and resisting the urge to build too many features, which led us to focus on YouTube growth as a single, clear use case.

What we learned

AI becomes truly valuable when it helps users decide what to do next. Data alone isn’t enough, and generic content generation doesn’t solve real problems.

By focusing on actionable insights, we learned how AI can move from being a novelty to becoming a practical growth tool.
