Studying can feel overwhelming, especially when juggling multiple subjects, formats, and deadlines. We wanted to build something that doesn’t just answer questions—it actually gets students. That’s where the idea of a multimodal chatbot came in: one that could understand not just text, but also images, notes, and files. Think of it like ChatGPT meets a school backpack — smart, intuitive, and made with love for students.

What it does

Your Study Buddy is an AI-powered chatbot that accepts text, image, and file uploads to help students learn better and faster. Whether you're uploading a blurry image of your math homework, a PDF textbook chapter, or simply asking a theory question, the chatbot intelligently processes the input and responds in a clear, helpful way.

How we built it

We used Bolt AI to build this in a single, powerful prompt. By leveraging Bolt’s multimodal input support, we designed a smart, responsive assistant that could handle natural questions, diagrams, handwritten notes, and documents. The branding and UX focused on minimalism, warmth, and student-first design — a calm space in the chaos of exams and deadlines.
