🚀 Inspiration As a Youtuber, I've experienced great videos fail when they’re poorly packaged, I built a tool to fix that.

🧠 What it does YouPac AI helps creators turn raw videos into polished content packages using AI agents on an infinite canvas.

🔧 How we built it I built it solo using React Router v7, Convex, React Flow, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and FFmpeg.

🧱 Challenges we ran into Processing video files reliably across edge cases took the most effort.

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of I shipped nearly everything I scoped and the UX feels exactly how I envisioned.

📚 What we learned AI works better when you give users space to guide it, canvas > chatbot.

🔮 What's next for YouPac AI I want to let users publish directly to YouTube and Twitter from YouPac.
