Inspiration

One of our teammates had to call an insurance company for his only grandfather but wasn't able to reach them. When he did get connected, He was faced with the language barrier. We reached out to companies and came to know that due to the COVID situation lot of call centers that handle customer queries are shut down. So we decided to make a virtual agent make sure the company can address all the needs of their customer and an app for people to interact with the bot at the same time share required documents safely.

To make a production-level application and well-trained Bot that can learn based on it interactions and get better
