Inspiration

We were inspired by a Discord group called Study Buddies created by RTC members where the users would list out what they had to do for the day in an accountability group.

What it does

A web application project that checks on the user several times a day and encourages them to do their tasks. An accountability partner/application that fuels productivity.

Features:

Integrate with calendar Notification for users on upcoming tasks If the user is not doing their tasks let accountability partner know so they can check on them

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

We had some challenges bringing our initial design of the front end to match with the tutorials we were seeing on Bootstrap. We had challenges in connecting the back end and front end of the server.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our back end server and how quickly we were able to set it up. We are also proud of building a bootstrap website from scratch.

What we learned

Aside from learning that we have a lot of potentials we learned how to create a website using Bootstrap, how to host a website with Firebase, how to use Google Calendar APIs and got better at using React packages and javascript.

What's next for You can do it!

Next is fixing everything we listed out in challenges! We want to connect our front end and back end. Enable google authorization so users can log in with their Gmail accounts. Connect the Google Tasks API. Test our product on kind RTC members and improve it using their feedback.
