Inspiration - As due to long busy scehules and fast running life the mental health status of people is decreasing day by day and they are facing lots of problems and issues related to the mental health, So for solving the problems of people related to mental health and improving the mental health status we decide to develope a website which can solve this problem.

What it does - It provide various services to the user according to the mental health status and provide various types of mental therapies to the users which suite to their mental heath status. It also provide facility to talk to the therapists and provide tips and suggestions to the user which can improve their mental health. It also tell user about various yoga postures which will be very beneficial for improving their mental health status.

How we built it - For developing it we use various frontend technologies like HTML,CSS,Bootstrap and javascript and try to provide a user friendly interface to the users so they can use it according to their need.

Challenges we ran into - We face challenges in connecting mental health ptherapists to our platform so they can listen to the problems of users and provide them solution and suggestions through which their problems can get solved.

Accomplishments that we're proud of developing a platform which solves one of the biggest problem of the current society. Our platform can help people and make their life happier.

What we learned - We learned about various product developement skills like proper work distribution among all team members, time management and developing a product under given time constraints and learn about various technical skills like APIs, Blockchain etc which we can learn further to make our project more efficient and secure.

What's next for Yog - Next we will use database and backend technologies to handle the requests of users and provide a better solution to the users and can help large number of people for solving their problems.
