A Web Application to calculate water footprint based on data collected from different domestic and industrial areas of application

    The nation’s consumption of freshwater and other goods causes various environmental pressures all over world due to inter nation trading. We use water footprints to measures the amount of water used to produce each of the goods and services used directly or indirectly. Water Footprint is an indicator developed with the goal of quantifying the virtual content of water in products or services using Artificial Intelligence. The water footprint helps us to understand for what purposes our limited freshwater resources are being consumed. Vision of water footprint calculation for different daily items is to promote water conservation and sustainability by providing individuals and organizations with information needed to make choices about their water usage. With the help of bigdata and web application, the visual presentation for the analysed data along with awareness about water usages is provided. By 8blockchain data security and transparency is enhanced. The initiative undertaken regarding water footprint by our country will leave stronger global impact.
