Inspiration

We are a group of people with different backgrounds and diverse mindsets with one thing in common, the goal to revolutionize the e-commerce world into a simpler world, as simple as having a chat with a friend, only a very helpful, extremely intelligent, and an always available friend, the one we all favour. We offer a solution for the complexity of the modern shopping experience and the difficulty that faces the unsophisticated to participate in the e-commerce world, we offer this through Yara, the middle east's first online shopping assistant.

What it does

E-Smart is a virtual a chat-bot that covers and accompanies the user throughout online shopping process step by step. It simplifying the user experience for a smooth and successful shopping encounter with a sense of companionship.

How we built it

Yara is our friendly bot, she speaks your language in three options, text, voice, and visualization through our 3D model that has a conversation with you. At the backend, we have x main features: • Text to voice transformation and vice versa. • Searching • Sorting • Human-like interaction.

What's next for Yara

We want to penetrate areas that lack of internet access through including a phone call bot in the future that directs the user to Yara. We aspire to bring other bots to life that specialize in other types of e-commerce processes.
