Inspiration

In hackathons our team has participated in the past, we have faced problems in completing quality projects by the deadline due to the inability of multiple people across the company to work systematically. From this experience, we came up with this solution to provide a smoother hackathon experience.

What it does(Idea)

CollabFlow is a tool to help hackathon participants submit their work and form teams smoothly. Users can check submission deadlines and task progress at a glance. Team members can be recruited as needed. Furthermore, it also functions as a communication tool, allowing smooth communication with team members. The six representative functions we have considered are as follows

Progress Indicator: Visualize how many scheduled tasks in a project has been completed.

Cards: Cards can be created to represent individual tasks or ideas within a project. Information such as descriptions, checklists, due dates, etc. can be added to the cards and members can be assigned to them.

Due Date: Task due dates can be added to cards. Once a due date is set, you will receive a notification when the due date approaches.

Labels: Labels can be added to cards to indicate the type and priority of the task.

Comment: You can add a comment to a card. By adding comments, you can share your opinions with other members.

Search: You can search for cards and lists across all the projects a user has.

Publish Project Boards (optional): Other users can view public project boards and offer their support. This feature can make it easier for users who do not have a team to participate.

How we built it

CollabFlow was inspired by task management tools such as Trello, Jira, and Git.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

CollabFlow ideation helped us improve our UI/UX design skills. It also allowed us to reaffirm the importance of project management and communication.
