The Inspiration We’re just three cousins who got tired of watching DJs press "play" on a boring screensaver. We thought: "What if the music actually saw itself?" We wanted to build a bridge between a loud bass drop and a brain-melting visual.
How We Built It We harnessed Gemini to act as a digital VJ. We fed it raw audio data, used some math to map frequencies, and told the AI to "hallucinate" based on the vibe.
The Challenges Fighting latency was our final boss. If the visual hits even 50 ms after the snare, the magic dies. We spent three days straight arguing over code and drinking way too much espresso to make the sync feel instantaneous.
What We Learned Family fights lead to great software. Also, music isn't just sound—it's a data set waiting to be painted.
